Most of us know that berries are good for us, but have you thought about how they great they may feel on your skin?
This is the most basic raspberry facial mask recipe we know. The yoghurt helps gives you extra moisture.
Simply: combine a handful of raspberries with 2 tablespoons of plain natural yoghurt either mashing with a fork or blending.
Clean, dry your face before applying the mask. Leave it for 10-15 minutes then rinse off with warm water. A nice rejuvenating touch is to place cold wet teabags or sliced cucumber on your closed eyes.
Other variations to this which are quite nice is adding 1 tablespoon of honey or oats.
