Back to School Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup of Sujon Raspberries

1 cup of dates

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup almond butter

1 cup oats

Desiccated coconut


Method:

Thaw out Sujon Raspberries and keep juice from the defrosted berries.

Blitz dates, add other ingredients (apart from Coconut) together.

Roll mixture into small balls, roll in coconut.

chill for an hour.
