Nothing tastes better than a warm homemade blueberry muffin straight from the ovenđ
Here's the recipe to make these fluffy, sweet and soft muffinsâ¤ď¸â

Blueberry Muffinsâ
⢠1 and 3/4 cups flourâ
⢠1 teaspoon baking sodaâ
⢠1 teaspoon baking powderâ
⢠1/2 teaspoon saltâ
⢠1/2 cup unsalted butterâ
⢠1/2 cup sugarâ
⢠1/4 cup brown sugarâ
⢠2 eggsâ
⢠1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurtâ
⢠2 teaspoons vanilla extractâ
⢠1/4 cup milkâ
⢠1 and 1/2 cups frozen Sujon blueberriesâ

For The Topping you will need:â
⢠1/2 cup packed brown sugarâ
⢠1/2 cup chopped walnutsâ
⢠1 teaspoon ground cinnamonâ
â
Preheat oven to 220°C and grease a muffin tin.â
Mix all of the topping ingredients together. Set aside.â
Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.â
Beat the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth and creamy, approx 2 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla extract until combined. Add the dry ingredients and milk into the wet ingredients and slowly beat until just mixed. Fold in the blueberries.â
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins and sprinkle the topping one each one.â
Bake for 5 minutes at 220°C then reduce the oven temperature to (180°C). Bake for an additional 18 minutes. Let cool and dust with icing sugar if you like!â
