We find that in your morning smoothie; frozen raspberries and Sujon blackcurrant powder is a powerful match.
Raspberry Smoothie bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 large banana
1 1/2 cups frozen Sujon raspberries
1/2 cup (liquid of your choice) water, milk or plant milk
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp Sujon blackcurrant powder
1/4 cup cereal of your choice
Mint leaves
Blend the banana, 1 cup of the raspberries, liquid of your choice, almond butter, blackcurrant powder and honey until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining raspberries and cereal. Decorate with the mint leaves.
Blueberry Smoothie bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 large banana
1 1/2 cups frozen Sujon blueberries
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Sujon blackcurrant powder
1/4 cup cereal of your choice
Mint leaves
Blend the banana, 1 cup of the blueberries, apple juice, water and blackcurrant powder until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining blueberries and cereal. Decorate with the mint leaves.
