Natural Jelly Gummies

2 cups boiling water

3 tablespoons Sujon blackcurrant powder

2 tablespoons caster sugar

3 tablespoons gelatine

1 cup defrosted Sujon blueberries


1Sprinkle gelatine, caster sugar and Sujon blackcurrant powder over boiling water and whisk until all dissolved.

2Keep whisking as it cools and when warm pour into moulds or bowls of your choice.

3Pour the first half of the jelly into heart moulds and with the rest into a bowl with added Sujon Blueberries and left to set. Yum!

4If you want more of a soft jelly use 2 teaspoons of gelatine instead of 3. This makes about 25-30 bite sized jellies.
